QP Club is a loyalty rewards program that allows you to earn points, known as 'Jades' to redeem rewards and enjoy special promotions. Signing up is absolutely free!

1. Click on the “Mandarin Collar” icon at the upper right corner of our website to create an account. You can also click here to sign up.
2. Click “Create Account”
3. Fill out the details required.
4. Click the “Mandarin Collar” icon again and your profile will be created!"

By signing into your account, you can view your membership information and access your benefits under "My Account".

There are three tiers for QP Club: Bronze, Silver, and Gold.

To become a:

• Bronze: Simply sign up for a QP Club account, no spendings are required.
• Silver: Spend an accumulated amount of HKD 8,000 in your tier cycle.
• Gold: Spend an accumulated amount of HKD 20,000 in your tier cycle.

You can log into the account page to check your Jade balance and rewards. If you return a purchase, the Jades you earned from that item will be deducted from your Jade balance. Additionally, if you redeem a reward using your jade balance, the jade cannot be returned or reused.

Bronze tier lasts forever! For Silver and Gold tiers, your tier cycle lasts for 12 months after the purchase, unless if upgraded, the new tier cycle will be automatically extended for another 12 months, from the date of upgrade.
E.g. You joined the loyalty program on 1 Jan 2024 and got upgraded to Silver on 1 Apr 2024.

• Original tier cycle: 1 Jan 2024 - 31 Dec 2024
• New tier cycle after upgrade: 1 Apr 2024 - 31 Mar 2025

You can earn the Jades by spending with Qipology. Earn 1 Jade for every HKD spent in-store and online. All the Jades earned are based on your final purchase amount after deducting any discounts and shipping costs. The purchase amount paid via gift cards will not earn Jades as well.

The Jades will expire after 12 months of the purchase.

Your Jades can be redeemed for rewards on the account page.

How to redeem a reward?

1. Log in to QP Club.
2. Click "Use my points" under Balance section
3. Redeem the rewards with your Jades!

Yes, the accounts can be merged and the Jades can be combined.

Once you create your account in-store or online at www.qipology.com, the Welcome Offer will be sent to you via email. This can take up to 24 hours. If you have not received it by then, please contact us.

For Silver and Gold members, you will receive a cash vouher via email on your birthday! The discounts is valid for 1 month from your birthday. To be eligible, you must have one store/ online purchase registered in your account.

Congrats on achieving new tier!

For Silver member, the bonus Jades will be automatically added to your profile. For Gold member, the special gift will send to you along with your order.
