DELIVERY

All our orders are shipped via standard service courier from our shop located in Hong Kong. Please note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance or any circumstances which is not within our control. There may be delivery delays especially during the festive season so kindly ensure your order is placed with sufficient time if you would require it for a specific date. 

Shipments to Russia and Ukraine are temporarily suspended.

Ready-To-Wear 

The order will be dispatched within 2- 4 business days after order confirmation.

Bespoke / Custom
The shipping times of all our custom-made orders vary depending on the complexity of the customization and the availability of fabrics associated with the order.

Production usually takes between 4 – 12 weeks for an existing style shown online but a rush order option at a surcharge is also available. For any pieces that are custom-made from scratch (ie. from design to sourcing fabrics to production to alteration), please allow 4– 6 months.

Taxes & Duties
For all the orders, the recipient is responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes levied by the shipping destination to release the order from customs clearance on arrival.

 

RETURNS

READY-TO-WEAR

We hope you will love everything that you have ordered from us but if something is not quite right, we do accept return within 7 days of receiving your ready-to-wear order. Refunds will only be given in the form of store credit. 

Please note all the return shipment costs will be borne by the customer. The items must be sent back within 10 days upon return request confirmation, with tags and labels attached, and must be unworn, unwashed, and in a sellable condition. 

Please note purchases that used gift coupons, the refund amount will be deducted by the coupon amount. Coupons will not be re-issued. Any coupons or gifts accompanied by the products shall be returned upon exchange or refund. The points used in the redemption will not be returned in any circumstances.

Upon receipt of the undamaged and correctly returned items, we will issue a refund with store credits within 30 days. 

*ALTERED & SALE items are NOT eligible for return or exchanges.

BESPOKE

All bespoke / custom orders are NOT eligible for refund nor exchange. For clients based in Hong Kong, we offer one free alteration at our PMQ studio.

If there is any dispute, Qipology reserves the right of final decision.
